Grimsby Town will take on Scunthorpe United at Glanford Park on Saturday, July 20 (3pm kick-off) as the defence of their Lincolnshire Senior Cup begins.
Lincoln City await the winners in the last four, with Boston United and Gainsborough Trinity set to battle it out in the other semi-final.
