KIDDERMINSTER Harriers boss Steve Burr admits he has a tough task ahead of him to lift morale after his side's Conference play-off semi-final exit.
In common with Grimsby Town, Kiddie saw their promotion dreams ended on Sunday - with a 5-2 aggregate defeat to Wrexham.
And Burr says it was a bitter pill to swallow after only missing out on the sole automatic promotion spot on the final day of the regular season.
"It will be difficult to pick up the lads - the dressing room was quite a sombre place on Sunday," he said.
"Time is a healer and we need to get over it because we'll be back in two or three months. But it is hard to take."
