Crime across Humberside fell by 14 per cent last year but fraud, forgery and robbery are up.
Humberside Police recorded 64,440 crimes across the force area in 2012 compared to 75,220 the previous year,
according to figures from the Office of National Statistics.
Fraud and forgery rose by 11 per cent to 1,851 offences while robbery went up by one per cent to 528 crimes.
However, violent crime, burglary, car crime, criminal damage and drug offences all fell by more than ten per cent.
