LIAM Hearn is hoping to return to training with Grimsby Town tomorrow - with an eye on Saturday's clash with Newport County.
The striker sat out Tuesday's win over Woking with a knee injury, but joint boss Paul Hurst expects him to be in contention for the final match of the regular season.
"Liam was missing the other night and hasn't trained, but we expect him to be fit for selection for Saturday," said Hurst.
"He will train tomorrow and I'm sure will want to play some part on Saturday - he needs that game-time and to spend as much time on the pitch as possible."
