A MOTOR-MOUTH Coronation Street star from Grimsby will unveil a new-look bank in Immingham next week.
Lisa George, who currently plays Beth Tinker in the soap, will be guest of honour at the unveiling of Lloyds TSB in Kennedy Way, Immingham, on Wednesday, April 24.
The actress, whose parents live in Cleethorpes, has been playing the brash and flirty Beth on our screens for over a year.
Lisa grew up in Grimsby and featured in Casualty, Holby City, Emmerdale and four different roles in Coronation Street before landing the role of Beth, for which she was nominated as Best Newcomer in 2012 at TV Choice Awards.
And the bank hopes she will be bringing a little of that star quality to the opening, which will take place at 9.45am.
Lisa first appeared in the ITV soap back in 2007 as Jacqui, a family liaison officer working on the murder of Tommy Harris. She had also appeared as an unnamed nurse, a colleague of Martin Platt, in 1997.
