POLICE have taped off the pavement on Eastgate, Louth, outside Cooper's antiques shop.
Although no one from the shop or the police would comment, the Grimsby Telegraph understands that the pavement was closed after stonework fell from the building.
A neighbouring retailer said Cooper's had only opened for business this morning.
