FOUR people were arrested during three drugs raids in Grimsby.
In a crackdown on those who cause problems to the local communities, officers and a drugs dog executed three warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act at 7.30am yesterday.
They raided properties in Shelley Avenue, Milton Road and Rathby Grove, aided by officers from Scunthorpe and Hull.
A number of items, including drugs, were seized at the addresses and inquiries are ongoing. The four people who were arrested were in custody at Grimsby Police Station at the time of going to press - check www.thisisgrimsby.co.uk today for updates.
A Humberside Police spokesperson said: "Police would like to send a message to those people who are intent on comitting offences within North East Lincolnshire that this will not be tolerated.
"Criminal activity of this kind will be disrupted and the offenders brought to justice."
