A judge has prevented the NHS from closing children's heart surgery unit at Leeds General Infirmary.
Breaking news from the court hearing has revealed all previous decisions made about which units would close following an NHS review have been overturned.
The judge has also told the NHS it has no real prospect of successfully appealing her decision.
