FINAL recommendations highlighting changes to East Midlands
Ambulance Service have been released.
The 83-page document highlights that both Grimsby and Louth will have an ambulance provision in the area but the nearest ambulance hubs, which will house the vehicles, will be in Scunthorpe and Lincoln.
The service is to radically change its ways after recognising its lack of achievement with response time targets.
The recommendations issued through a public document will now go in front of the ambulance service's Trust board on Monday, March 25, for a final decision to be made.
Breaking news from the meeting will appear here next Monday.
The full document will be available to read here from tomorrow.
