Man taken to police station by 'Batman' admits cheque fraud

A man who was handed in to a police station by a man dressed as Batman has admitted trying to cash a stolen cheque he said he found in the street. Daniel Frayne, 27, of Aspen Court, Cleethorpes, was taken into a police station by his friend, Stan Worby, who was dressed as the comic book hero. At Bradford Magistrates' Court he admitted handling a stolen cheque and supplying a cheque with intent to commit fraud. He will be sentenced on 8 April.
