ABUSIVE troublemaker Aaron Beacock faces being jailed unless he stops his "violent and bad-tempered" outbursts to people who are trying to help him.
The conditions of a previous anti-social behaviour order were varied by Grimsby magistrates to keep closer tabs on his antics.
Beacock, 19, of no fixed address, had originally been given an Asbo at Grimsby Youth Court on March 14, 2011.
But Grimsby magistrates have varied the order and it will now last for another two years.
Beacock had not conformed with his previous Asbo and had breached it a number of times. He had been abusive to those who had been trying to help him – and the court decided that those people needed to be protected.
Andy Everett, crime reduction manager for Humberside Police in North East Lincolnshire, said: "Aaron Beacock is a troubled young man who can resort to outbursts of violence and bad temper which can really adversely affect those who are trying to work with him.
"The provisions of the new Asbo will simplify matters for him and, I hope, enable him better to understand that he cannot go on abusing those with whom he must come in contact and who are genuinely trying to help him.
"If he doesn't conform, he will be arrested and put back before the courts.
"It is as simple as that.
"Protection of individuals is an absolute priority and this new Asbo achieves that for both the public at large and professionals."
Defence solicitor Roy Foreman did not oppose the Asbo variation and told the court that Beacock understood its terms.
