NORTH East Lincolnshire Council will see a 6.9 per cent reduction in its spending over the next two years, Government figures have revealed.
The borough's leaders will have £152-million to spend on delivering local services in 2013-14 and £144-million in 2014-15 – a reduction of two per cent and 4.9 per cent respectively.
Council leader Councillor Chris Shaw has said the publication of the settlement is "a dark day for local government".
