Brian Harrison's appeal over murder of Grimsby fisherman Neville Dunn rejected

THE killer of a Grimsby fisherman will remain behind bars after an appeal against his conviction was dismissed. Brian Harrison, 31, was found guilty of murdering Neville Dunn, 44, after attacking him on New Year's Eve 2007, in Newlyn, Cornwall. Yesterday his appeal was dismissed by London's Court of Appeal.
